Instagram sales assistant

For shops that sell through Instagram: the assistant answers “price?” in your direct messages, gives sizes, colours, stock and delivery from your catalogue, and takes the order for you.

What it does

• Replies to direct messages in seconds, in Armenian, Russian or English
• Answers price, size, colour, stock and delivery questions from your up-to-date catalogue
• Collects the order (name, phone, address, item and size) and sends it to your Telegram, or creates it in your Shoply shop
• Answers “price?” comments with a direct message, where Instagram allows it
• Never takes payment in the chat and never promises discounts you did not set
