Delivery and Returns

How we provide our services

All our services are online: nothing is delivered and no address is needed when you order.

• Within one working day of your order we contact you by phone or email.
• Monthly plans start on the day the plan is agreed and run for one month.
• One-off services are ready within the time given on the service’s page.

Refunds

If we have not started the work, you can cancel and get all your money back. For a monthly plan already started, the unused weeks are refunded.
